Janice Kim, M.S. CCC-SLP

Hi, I’m Janice, a bilingual speech-language pathologist and the founder of Ever Speech, a virtual speech therapy practice serving children and adults across Massachusetts.

I earned my Master’s degree in Speech, Language, and Learning from Northwestern University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based, client-centered care. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across the lifespan — from toddlers learning their first words to adults seeking to refine their communication through accent modification.

My clinical focus includes helping children improve their speech sound production and receptive/expressive language skills in engaging and meaningful ways. I also work with adults who want to build confidence and clarity in professional and social settings through personalized accent modification services.

With experience across early intervention, school-aged services, and adult care, I bring a holistic and culturally responsive approach to every session. As a bilingual clinician fluent in English and Korean, I’m especially passionate about supporting multilingual families and honoring the richness of diverse language backgrounds.
